Delivery: Cindee Collections charge a flat rate of $14 within Australia unless stated otherwise and $30 for International deliveries.  All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days via Australia post providing the item purchased is currently in stock. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks production time if not available at time of purchase.  Once your order has been sent you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your order, once payment has be received. Estimated delivery time is 5 - 7 business days within Australia ,depending on location. International orders are dependent on country. If by chance your order has not been received by 7 working days please contact us at [email protected] so we can follow it up. Please note once your parcel leaves our warehouse it then becomes the responsibility of the carrier if any loss or damages occur.

Refund Policy: Cindee Collections is committed to the satisfaction of our customers but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or would like a refund/exchange an item we offer a 10 day money back guarantee of all purchase (not including postage) All items need to be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed with all tags and packaging in place.  The purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of any additional postage.
